Arizona Running Camps
Arizona Running Camps are held at the beautiful campus of the Verde Valley
School in Sedona, Arizona. Located at 4,500 feet in elevation, the school is
an ideal opportunity to escape the summer heat. Sedona boasts some of the
worlds best trails and sights.
Arizona Running Camps is located approximately an hour and a half drive from
the Phoenix metropolitan area. There is easy access to Phoenix Sky Harbor
International Airport so pick up is a cinch if needed.
The 2004 camp will include coaches and athletes from Nationally ranked
universities and programs. The camp will be directed by Christian Bailey.
Christian has been very successful instructing and developing talented runners
for the past five years. Bo Reed will be assisting with the training. Bo
gained stature as a nationally ranked runner, as well as appearances in some
of the past Olympic trials. Both are extremely well versed in running
mechanics, as well as Bruce Springsteen tunes!
